Ulhas Karkhanis is a dynamic, result-oriented marketing professional with rich expertise in driving Pharmaceutical Businesses and Academics.
He has worked for almost 4 decades in top pharma companies like Roussel (now a merged entity with Sanofi), Alkem, Sun Pharma, Lyka, Ranbaxy-Solus & Cosme Farma, of these more than 20 years have been at Top Management level and Leadership positions, with extensive cross-functional experience in areas of sales, marketing, distribution, training & development, business development and business strategy.
His core competencies are handling large-sized field forces with great outcomes under very challenging and adverse business environments. Sales Force Management, Sales Leadership, Team Building, Conflict Resolution & Change Management are his other core competencies.
Having worked for 8 years as Associate Dean – Pharma Management at the prestigious IES’s Management College and Research Centre, Mumbai, he brings with him a fine blend of industry experience combined with academics. He has been on the Board of Studies at IIHMR, Jaipur.
Ulhas earned his post-graduate qualifications in management studies from Mumbai University with specialization in HRD, after completing his graduation in Chemistry.
